What is H2U?
H2U - Health, Happiness, You - is an organization dedicated to understanding the unique health needs of people 50+ and providing them with valuable health information, resources and experiences. Targeting both employed and retired individuals, this organization boasts more than 280,000 members nationwide, with approximately 2,500 in the Spring Branch Medical Center chapter alone.

The H2U Membership is available for only $15 per year - $30 for a two year membership or two one year memberships for individuals at the same address.
